A Gentle Approach to Deep Tissue
Whether you’ve tried everything for chronic tension… or you’re simply ready for a different kind of deep tissue, you’re in the right place. Revive and Restore delivers advanced, personalized massage therapy rooted in clinical knowledge and compassionate care. Sessions combine clinical techniques, stretching, and restorative touch to deliver real results, without feeling clinical or overly aggressive.
Who Benefits?
Serving clients in Centennial, Denver, and surrounding Colorado communities.
This massage therapy is ideal for active adults, professionals that sit behind a desk and anyone experiencing muscle tension, restricted movement, or stress-related discomfort.
You’ll feel at home here if you’re:
– Managing chronic stress, pain, or tightness
– Recovering from injury or mobility loss
– Burned out and holding years of tension in your body
– Tired of “just getting a massage” that doesn’t do anything
– Looking for real change — not temporary relief
A Holistic Approach to Massage
This is not a spa massage or a medical clinic. It’s therapeutic bodywork that balances effective pain relief with a calming, restorative experience. My goal is for your body to feel better and for your nervous system to fully relax.
You’ve likely had a massage that felt too light to matter… or too aggressive to help.

My technique offers something different:
Deep tissue that doesn’t hurt
I target tension, not torture.
Clinically informed care
Blending SMRT, myofascial release, cupping, and more.
No upcharges for tools or modalities
if your body needs it, we use it.
A signature method that works with your nervous system, not against it.
My Mission?
To deliver actual lasting relief. Not just relaxation.
My Signature Approach:
My three-phase therapeutic approach ensures every session supports both physical relief and nervous system regulation.
Listen
We begin by understanding what your body is holding onto (even if you’re not aware of it).
Target
We use a blend of therapeutic techniques like myofascial release, SMRT, cupping, and stretching to address the root of your pain.
Integrate
We help your nervous system relax, so relief lasts long after you leave.

Choosing the Right Session
Every body is different, and your session should reflect that. Whether you’re seeking deep, targeted relief for a specific concern or a more restorative full-body experience, session length and focus can make a meaningful difference in your results.
If you’re unsure which option is best for you, don’t worry. Many clients choose based on how much time their body needs, and adjustments can always be made during your session to ensure your care feels supportive, effective, and unrushed.
Below are the massage therapy options available at Revive & Restore, each designed to support therapeutic relief, mobility, and overall wellness.
60-Minute Relaxation Massage
$125
Best for relief and full-body relaxation
A 60-minute relaxation massage is a full-body session designed to reduce stress and ease light muscle tension using Swedish techniques, myofascial work, and SMRT positional release—without deep or corrective pressure.

Face, scalp, neck, shoulders, chest (pecs), arms, hands, legs, feet, back, hips, and glutes (optional).
Best if you want to:
Calm your nervous system
Relieve everyday tension
Enjoy therapeutic touch without focused pain work
Support overall relaxation and recovery
60-Minute Therapeutic Massage
$125
Best for one specific area of concern
A 60-minute therapeutic massage focuses primarily on one problem area—such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, or hips—using targeted therapeutic techniques to reduce pain and improve movement.
Massage techniques that may be used:
Swedish and deep tissue techniques
Myofascial work and SMRT positional release
Stretching and active or passive range-of-motion work
Heat or cupping when appropriate
Because of the focused approach, this session may not include full bodywork.
Best if you want to:
Address a specific area of pain or tension (neck, shoulders, lower back, or hips)
Improve mobility or range of motion in a focused area
Reduce discomfort related to posture, overuse, or stress
Leave feeling noticeable relief in a targeted part of your body

80-Minute Therapeutic Massage
$155
Best for full-body relief with targeted therapeutic work

Face, scalp, neck, shoulders, chest (pecs), arms, hands, legs, feet, back, hips, and glutes (optional).
Best if you want to:
Experience full-body therapeutic work without feeling rushed
Address 1-2 problem areas while still receiving complete body care
Balance deeper therapeutic techniques with relaxation and integration
Walk away feeling more mobile, grounded, and restored
100-Minute Therapeutic Massage
$185
Best for multiple areas of concern or chronic tension
A 100-minute therapeutic massage offers the same full-body and therapeutic approach as the 80-minute session, with additional time to work more deeply and thoroughly across multiple areas.
This extended session allows for:
Longer focus on problem areas
Full-body therapeutic work at a relaxed pace
Optional abdominal, diaphragm, inner thigh, or iliopsoas work when requested or appropriate

When I came in for a massage, my lower back was in a lot of pain from a jiu jitsu class. When I left, not only was the pain gone, but it felt like the demons had been purged from my body. I felt relaxed, energized, and clear-headed after Michelle’s full body massage. She is the best! I will definitely be back soon.
